I received a few emails asking for an update on my washer.
I was able to have it serviced late in the afternoon on Monday.
At first when I contacted the local dealer I was told Tuesday but perhaps they could squeeze me in later in the afternoon.
Then I mentioned very nicely that we had purchased our washer & dryer with them.
I was then bumped up to same day service. (How about that?!)
Good news, it was only a belt. *Jumps for joy!*
The serviceman could not believe how much the belt smelled.
I am just tickled pink to have it working again!
