Hockey Players to See Red

I think these are so cool!

The hockey (field) team from Great Britain will be wearing red contacts during the Olympics. They are wearing the contacts to help their eyes focus on the ball and prevent too much squinting with all in the haze and smog that is in Beijing for the Olympics.
Apparently they act like sunglasses for the players, now that is really neat.

I am sure it would be odd and a bit intimidating to see players with red eyes but really cool!
( I know I used that word already but honestly, they really are!)
