Healthy Pumpkin Muffins - Recipe


These muffins are great for this time of year when the days are cooler and you would like something a tiny bit different for breakfast.

They are quite healthy for you and you can whip them up really fast.

Freeze the extras and you have a breakfast for those super busy days or a great healthy snack in a pinch.

Healthy Pumpkin Muffins

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 package Dunkin Hines yellow cake mix
30 ounces pumpkin pie filling mix * -- Make sure it states mix on the can
1 cup sugar free apple sauce
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

  • Mix all ingredients together for 2 minutes on medium with a mixer.
  • No Need to add eggs, water or oil to the mix.
  • Lightly spray or line muffin tins.
  • Bake 350 for 15-20 minutes.
