Fast & Easy Chicken Parmesan

4 chicken breast without skin
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/8 cup Parmesan cheese -- grated
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 tablespoon salt
1 cup spaghetti sauce
2 slices part skim Mozzarella cheese slice
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Spray a baking dish lightly with Pam.
- Combine the bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Spray each breast with cooking spray and then coat evenly with the bread crumb mixture.
- Spray each piece of chicken with cooking spray and coat evenly with the bread crumb mix.
- Arrange the chicken in a baking dish and bake until the meat is no longer pink.
- Pour 1/4 cup of spaghetti sauce on top of each piece of chicken.
- Cut each piece of cheese in half and place one slice on top of each chicken breast.
- Return to oven and bake until the cheese melts.
