I was in search for a new recipe to try and add some left over holiday walnuts.
The recipe was easy to follow and created some wonderful results.
I made a tray of muffins and one loaf of bread with this recipe, it was just the right amount.
You can also check out this recipe I posted for banana muffins both are really good and will give your tastes buds a treat.

- This recipe was cut in half from the original.
- I added the walnuts but you can omit them and save on calories.
- Egg beaters and margarine are fine to use with the recipe.
- I like to use the Bakers Joy Spray, it has the flour in it already.
you do a lot of baking wish I did but then again not really cause then I would gain more weight. I am trying to loose weight right now. Have a wonderful night..
Trust me, I do not need any baked goods. Baking to me is my zen time, relaxing and fun. :)
I end up freezing majority which is great when you want a tiny bit of something.
