These are our first two cucumbers of the year.
I wandered out to the plants to see if there might be anything on them and sure enough I had two waiting to be picked.
Dh and I enjoyed them with our lunch today.
I simply cut them up, tossed in some low fat sour cream and a dash of salt and pepper.
Yummy!
