Two weeks ago we took a trip back to Pa to visit my in-laws and drop the kiddos off at my parent for a few weeks.Anywho... we were treated to this beautiful male tom turkey at my in-laws.
We were able to sit outside and watch him strut around trying to mate with the hens who wanted nothing to do with him.

Notice the two hens in this picture (one is on a fallen tree in the woods), he was strutting all around them and they want nothing to do with him.
Poor fellow. *chuckle*
It was such a treat to see this beautiful animal so up close and personal in the wild. :D
