I tried this recipe out of wanting something a bit on the spicy side and this did the trick.
The dinner was quite spicy but very tasty. :D
Easy to create and does not take long at all before it is on the table.

Chicken with Green Chili Sauce

4 chicken breast halves without skin
1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
2/3 cup Cream of Chicken 98% Fat Free Condensed Soup
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup green chili peppers -- chopped
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons sour cream, light
2 cups rice
- Sprinkle chicken with Cajun seasoning.
- In a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, brown chicken on both sides.
- In a small bowl, combine the soup, water, chilies and lemon juice. Stir into skillet.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
- Remove from the heat; stir in sour cream.
- Serve with rice.
