I really enjoy creating tuna patties as a nice change of pace from time to time so when I saw
this recipe I simply had to try.
Mmm... so good.
Super easy to make and one happy family after dinner. :)
I used a horseradish mayo for the topping, DH brought home some sourdough bread and it was a perfect combo for these crab cakes.

Serving Ideas: side salad, baked potato
Top with lettuce, tomato and some horseradish mayo on a roll or sourdough bread.
NOTES:
- Quick, easy and quite tasty!
- I did not use the 1/2 cup method to make the crab cakes. I simply shaped them by hand and was able to make 5 instead of the 4 the original recipe stated.
