Simple, filling and tasty.
This is becoming a really fast favorite with the boys.
I used my Nesco Roaster to create this meal since it was down already from me
cooking up a big batch of pea soup.
This recipe makes a lot, so it is great to freeze some for a later or take for lunches during the week.
You can team it with a nice tossed salad and perhaps a slice of bread.
We tend just to eat it all alone. :)
Enjoy!
